    I feel amazing after each and every one of Ashiya’s classes. The group sessions are brilliant and welcoming, with lots of variations given whilst you build up your capability - and the verbal instructions are so good they are easy to follow without having to watch the teacher constantly (even for me).

    If you are lucky enough to have private sessions (I like to supplement my group classes) they massively help with technique and are tailored to what you want/need. The BASI approach to Pilates is brilliant, and Ashiya is an excellent teacher.

    I really enjoyed my early class with Ashiya this morning. I have barely done pilates (though practise yoga very regularly) and the class was the perfect blend of difficulties for me. Ashiya was really clear and knowledgable, giving consistent direction to the class.

    I came to Ashiya for 1:1 and group sessions after doing group classes with other teachers, and through Ashiya's expertise I have learnt so much more about Pilates and the way my body moves. Ashiya is knowledgeable and encouraging (and a laugh!) and under her guidance, I've felt myself become much stronger and more flexible.

    I have gone from being a little exercise-sceptic to having an exercise routine that gives me joy. I can't recommend Ashiya enough!
